2) Must I be at home at the time of the cleaning?

If you feel you would like to meet our personnel, of course, that is your choice. Over 90% of our clientele are working women with incredible schedules and they find issuing a key makes each service a smooth transaction.

3) How is my key protected?

We have over 230 keys that are kept in our possession, under lock and key. The key is placed on a plastic disk with only a number, not your name, nor the name of our company. Or, until you feel comfortable with us, you could leave a key in a hiding place for us to leave inside your home when the cleaning is finished.

4) How many people will clean my home?

The most efficient and economical way of providing service is with three people cleaning together. After the first service each lady is assigned a specific area of the home for each future service.

5) Do I provide the cleaning products?

Home Pride Services provides all needed cleaning products. If you have a personal favorite, we will include the information on our work order as a reminder to the ladies each service.

6) Will I always have the same personnel?

Every effort is made to return the same team to your home for each cleaning. We occasionally have an illness, vacation, and just plain personal problems but even that means two out of the regular crew will be there. A substitute replaces the regular employee and will be supervised by the crew leader.

7) Are your teams trained and supervised?

We train our teams to perform high quality cleaning. Each team has a supervisor who is in charge of overlooking the service and that any special request are taking care of.

8) How do I pay for my service?

Payment the day of service is preferable. However, some homes are cleaned on a weekly basis and to avoid writing a check every week, we offer monthly billing. This is the same courtesy that is extended to our commercial customers.

9) How is my cost for service determined?

The cost is based on the size of your home. That is usually determined by the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, finished basement, and hardwood floors. After the first cleaning the time spent will be evaluated and a consistent cost determined for weekly or biweekly service. We also offer one time cleanings, move-in/move-out service, and post construction clean-up.

10) Do you guarantee your services?

Of course our work is unconditionally guaranteed. We are not perfect and mistakes are made but a call to us the next day is all it takes to rectify the problem. We have been in business since 1986 and we are very proud of the longevity that exits between company, customer and employee.

11) Do you offer Gift Certificates?

Yes – they’re a wildly popular item for any occasion. Happy Birthday, New Baby, Mother’s Day, Christmas, and on and on and on. It is a very welcomed gift under any set of circumstances. We have stationery for most occasions and, of course, we invite you to include your personal salutations. Truly, a treat for someone special.

12) What if my cleaning falls on a holiday?

Holidays are never a problem. Please call our office to reschedule at your earliest convenience.
